Department of Learning Innovations take learning as a continuous process and not as a one-time activity. All our training programs include care-fully planned pre and post training activities. Post-training activities include quizzes to assess Knowledge & Retention. Learning Impact Analysis (from Line Managers) is also performed to gauge the training impact.
